World History in Gold and Silver

Take a one hour walk from the first coins of the ancient Greeks around 650 BC to Cesar, Cleopatra, and Nero. You will discover talers, dollars and gulden as well as an extinct plant. Special exhibition for the anniversary of “1848. Als Deutschland Demokratie träumte” (when Germany dreamed democracy). Guest expert speaker will be Prof. Dr. Knut Görich holding brief talks about Friedrich II, King of Sicily (1194-1250), the “Amazement of the World.”
