The world of the Greeks, Etruscans and Romans can be vividly experienced at the State Antiquities Collections on Königsplatz. Works of art and everyday objects from antiquity shaped out of a wide variety of materials including ceramics, metal and stone will allow visitors to immerse themselves in worlds long past. In the current special exhibition “Wein & Sinnlichkeit” (Wine & Sensuality), visitors will be fascinated by the world of the “symposion,” the Greek drinking festival.
