From Grain to Flour to Bread
“In München steht ein Hofbräuhaus …“ – so goes the old German ditty. Only very few know that just behind the beer hall you can find another piece of history and craft tradition. More than a century ago, master miller and baker Jakob Blum purchased the mill in which 35 tons of wheat daily are still being ground into flour.
