6, 6.30 and 7 pm: “There's the Hofbräuhaus in Munich ...” - everyone knows that. Only very few know that there is another piece of history and craft tradition right behind it: the Hofbräuhaus Artisan Mill. Over 100 years ago, master miller and baker Jakob Blum acquired the mill, which still grinds 35 tons of wheat every day.
