The State Coin Collection Munich is inviting visitors on a journey through world history, from the first coins minted around 630 BC to the euro of 2026. They can use the free MediaGuide app on their smartphones to discover everything they ever wanted to know about coins, because coins are more than just money. They are historical records and works of art. The special exhibition is dedicated to the medals of the incomparable French Sun King, Louis XIV.
